Shipping

Shipping charges are clearly identified at checkout before you commit to purchase.

For UK orders we charge £2.95  for orders up to £15 then £4.95 for orders greater than £15.  We constantly monitor and analyse postage and packing costs as it is not our policy to make money on postage.  

Please note that we have started to re-use packaging as part of our effort to be 'greener'.  All retailers are being urged by business federations to do this and hopefully this will not detract from the quality of the products that we send you.  If you have an issue with this then please let us know.  

International Shipping

If a postage cost for your country is not diplayed at checkout please contact us for further information.  International shipping costs are now calculated by both volume and weight and therefore it is difficult to correctly calculate therefore if, on posting the cost is less we will refund the difference, if it is more you will not be charged more.
