How long does delivery take?

We try to ensure that orders are posted within 24 hours of an order being placed. We are then in the hands of the delivery organisation and most arrive within 2 to 4 days in the UK. 

For personalised items, special requests and hand-made to order, please allow between 14 and 21 days for delivery.  You should allow between 14 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes.  Our payment service provider, SagePay provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. 

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?

Yes. Simply give us a call just before you place your order and ask us for our Special Delivery option. For a few pounds more we can send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery.
